so that was pretty much camp in a nutshell. other than the amazing conversations, God being the number one focus, my eyes being opened and my heart really seeking God, wonderful campers and delicious food...maybe i'll stick with delicious cherry limeades. what an incredible place to spend half my summer.
haha. i've been so wired with energy. i literally sat in the hallway of my cabin laughing for 2 hours by myself at 1:30-3:30 in the morning. what is that. then i come home from camp and everyone is calm and just looks at me like i'm stupid. it's incredible. and i'm supposed to be going to college in a week. what?
i went frogging the other night for the first time. i liked shining the light on the frog and catching him with a hook, then knocking him out, but when i saw them being killed and the skin being peeled off their legs it was like what? i just wanted to catch them, knock them out and when they come to throw them back in the water. is that wrong. go frogging not to eat the legs, just the adventure in catching them? haha.
listen to john haitt. "have a little faith in me" and teddy gieger, "love is a marathon" they just calm me.
i'm so excited. saturday i'm getting up at 4 in the morning to leave for Springfield Illinois for the Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows concert. two great bands. and back sunday night to start work on monday and school on tuesday. kinda scared tho, our last roadtrip like a week ago was one of those, "times you'll always remember" we left friday afternoon and went to Warsaw Missouri. Truman lake is there but i guess nobody can build docks or swim in it cuz it's used for high tech reasons... yea. crap. so my family decides we'll drive to the ozarks and rent some jetskis, but first we need food. well there are only two restaurants that we see..one of them smells like old grease and the other doesn't have a single car infront of it. we see a sign and my mom thinks, "it must be from God", it's for a town fish fry. we get there and theirs lots of cars, looks alright. we go in the gym it's held in and everyone there is 75 or older. my brother jordan and i walk past and one man says, "oh look, we have visitors." haha. small towns. amazing. we get cold baked beans with chunks of raw bacon, coleslaw that's filled with vinegar and two tiny pieces of fish. the worst meal in my life, but since it was in a small town and on vacation, i enjoyed it. anyways, i don't know why i shared that random story and have such a long random post other than i won't update for a while so what the heck.

| i'm a student that's enrolled at jccc as of august 4 2006. that's four days before payment is due. i am good. tuesday thursday classes 11-5. yeah. it works. they have a chick-fillet. im a happy girl. what else could you want in a college.
i've been at camp this summer. what up vulters. what up. yeah that's right. i go back for one more week!

today i'm leaving for a roadtrip. i think the plan is to leave today, friday at 2. we'll drive. i want to go for four hours. someone just yells out where to go, we turn and go. how amazingly fun would that be. i hope my family is that adventurous. i kinda want to go to the middle of nowhere. like walnut iowa. but a lake somewhere around. jet ski for an hour then get away. i'll be back saturday night i think. maybe sunday morning. then i go to camp on monday. fun
do yourself a favor this week and drink cranberry apple juice. it will make your week that much better. i promise.
well....i think it's time to go.

Smale, Hannah, Katie and I spent the night at my house and got up way early to go to IHOP before school in the morning! IHOP is really just a great place.
Berean's Prom !?!?! energy drinks with cheesecake....not to bad.

well this is all for now. a couple highlights of my senior year. more to come hopefully.
i admit it. i love sonic the hedgehog. i was watching tv one day and saw a free two week trial of gametap.com and got all excited because they had sonic and mario brothers and all the cool games i use to play when i was little and was decent at. i hate all the games out now. so i ran to the computer and went to the site only to see a pop up that said. "sorry mac users, we have not yet come out with blah blah blah, but your time will come soon" blah blah crap! so dissappointed. then i got the brilliant idea to google sonic the hedgehog. go to google.com then type in sonic game, the option that says arcadetown.com is the one that has sonic. i've been wasting away my 4 day fourth of july weekend playing sonic! incredible i know. so any sonic die hard fans. this is wonderful.
i really wish i had a shopping spree to Bed Bath and Beyoned. Or was just loaded enough that i could spend my money on gadgets i could do without. They have a cookie scooper that looks incredible. rubber mits for pulling pans out of the oven, a bagel guilatine, peelers you wear on the finger for skinning cucumbers or something, the softest fleece blankets. ya. im a women i know. but i could spend a ton of money there.
cranberry limeades from sonic are amazing and camps blue raspberry limeades. oh life is good.
I've decided that i really like people. Meeting new people. My old friends i don't talk to much. Best friends. Strangers that smile at you as you pass them in the aisle. God was so creative when he made us.
well. xanga is pretty much dead. but i thought i'd give it a shot for old sakes.

| so it's been a while, xanga's kinda dead.
it' summer. and summer reminds me of bbq, lightning bugs, drive in movies, sumests and ice cream. they're all the best things in life. oh and the fresh cut grass smell. ya. that's what it's all about.
England was pretty great. they're words were cute, i stayed with a cookie cutter mold for a British grandma, she could have been on a tv show. the first thing she said when she picked us up was "hello love" with a hug and kiss on the cheek. do you get any better greeting than that?
i saw the sun starting to go down, so i went outside for 30 minutes. i had just been out their for 4 hours. it's been the perfect day. it was like 82 with shade and a breeze then the sun peaks out for the sunset and makes the most incredible site. i think i love the outdoors so much i should move out and be homeless...live on the streets. eh? probally not, i kinda like the farm with my own room for the first time in my life.

| im done with highschool. that sucks. i don't think i got the happy feeling im supposed to get. oh well. maybe later. once things calm down.
BUT
tonight i saw the sunset and thought, this is the last sunset i'll see in the united states for 9 days. im so excited that my next one will be in england. haha. i'll let you know if i get one of the soldiers to move.
I graduate sunday. afterwards i have an open house. 4:30 - 7. if you know me come. it should be good.

I DID IT. i made it all the way through my senior year without wetting my pants. what an accomplishment. you should be proud. but the last 2 days i sat in stuff. had red on my butt the first time, it was koolaid powder that was wet oh ya i was wearing white pants, smale tried to help me get it out but the paper towel rubbed off so it made it look like crap on my pants. the very next day i sat in something brown again. let me tell you, i finished my senior year in style. haha.
well, camp, im excited. remember mudding week 11. that makese me so happy.
No matter what this day will bring i will lift my hands and say BE MY EVERYTHING
